1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CSM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including players, administrators, and moderators.

2 Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

  • You may register via email or Google OAuth
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • Team names and player nicknames must be unique across the platform
  • Names cannot contain profanity, trademarked content, or belong to real professional e-sport players or teams

3 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack, cheat, or exploit game mechanics unfairly
  • Collude with other users to manipulate match outcomes or standings
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users
  • Scrape or copy data from the service without permission
  • Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage
  • Use automated tools or bots to perform actions on your behalf

4 Virtual Currency and Items

In-game currency, players, teams, and all virtual items have no real-world monetary value. These items exist solely within the CSM platform and cannot be exchanged for real money or goods.

  • Your team and players exist within the CSM platform. If you delete your account, your team reverts to bot control
  • We reserve the right to adjust game balance, economy values, and mechanics at any time

5 Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are subscription-based at $4.99/month or $49.99/year. Payments are handled securely by a payment processor. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

  • Premium provides quality-of-life benefits only and does not confer competitive advantages
  • Premium access is non-transferable and tied to your account
  • We reserve the right to modify premium benefits or pricing with reasonable notice

6 Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, game mechanics, match simulation algorithms, and visual design elements are the property of CSM. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from game content without permission
  • Screenshots and screen recordings for personal use are permitted

7 User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you create (community posts, messages, bug reports). By posting content on CSM, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content within the platform.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate third-party rights
  • We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or community guidelines

8 Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. The platform uses a 3-strike ban system:

  • Strikes 1–2 allow temporary bans with configurable duration
  • Strike 3 results in a permanent ban
  • All actions are audited and logged

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. When you delete your account, your team reverts to bot control — matches, history, and statistics are preserved as part of the shared game world.

9 Service Availability

CSM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. The platform may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or database backups.

  • We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including loss of data or virtual items
  • Match simulation schedules may be adjusted at any time without notice

10 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these pages periodically for updates. Your continued use of CSM after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should discontinue use of the service.

11 Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
