Can I play on mobile?
CSM is a web-based game that works on any device with a modern browser. The interface is fully responsive and adapts to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens.
2 Gameplay & Mechanics
How does the match simulation work?
Matches are simulated automatically with realistic, competitive outcomes based on player skill ratings, roles, fatigue, tactics, and map preferences. You can watch every match play out in real-time with kill events, bomb mechanics, and dynamic momentum shifts.
What is the Major Championship?
The Major Championship is a cross-continent tournament system featuring 25 tournaments per season. Top teams from each tier and division compete in single-elimination brackets with prize pools scaled by tier.
How do promotions and relegations work?
At the end of each season, teams move between divisions based on their final standings. You can view the expected movements from the Promotion & Relegation page.
Can I change my team name?
Yes. Free accounts get one free team name change. Premium subscribers can change their team name unlimited times. Names must be unique across all teams and cannot contain profanity or trademarked content.
3 Economy & Transfers
How does the team economy work?
Your team earns income from sponsorships, merchandise sales, arena tier bonuses, and match results. Expenses include player wages, coach salaries, facility upkeep, and transfer fees. Managing your budget wisely is key to long-term success.
How do I sign new players?
Visit the Transfer Market to browse available players. Players are listed via auction — place a bid and if you're the highest bidder when the 24-hour timer expires, the sale completes. Late bids within 2 hours of the deadline extend the auction by 1 hour to prevent sniping. You can also list your own bench players for auction or release them back to the market for 70% of their current value. Your team must have budget available for purchases, and you cannot exceed your roster limits (5 active + 2 bench).

What does Premium include?
Premium subscribers get unlimited nickname changes, unlimited role changes, full team analytics access with detailed stats and insights, exclusive badges, and priority support. Premium does not provide any competitive advantages — all team performance is determined by in-game statistics and simulation. Your subscription directly supports ongoing development and helps keep CSM growing. Thank you!
How much does Premium cost?
Premium is available as a monthly subscription ($4.99) or yearly subscription ($49.99, saving roughly 17%). Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.
5 Account & Support
What happens if I delete my account?
Deleting your account reverts your team to bot control. Your matches, history, and statistics are preserved as part of the shared game world. Premium access is lost immediately. This action cannot be undone.
How do I report a bug?
Use the "Report Bug" feature accessible from the footer of every page. Include screenshots when possible and describe the steps to reproduce the issue. Bug reports are typically reviewed in the next update cycle.
